What stays on your device
Regexes, texts, replacements and results are computed in this browser. They are not sent to our server.
By default they exist only in the memory of the open tab. They are written to this device only when you choose Save on this device, in the browser’s IndexedDB; you can delete them on the Saved workspaces page or clear everything from the privacy panel at the bottom of each page.
A theme you choose is remembered in local storage. No cookies are set.
What is downloaded
Pages, scripts and engine files come from this site. The Python, PCRE2 and Go engines download only when you select them, and each file is checked against its published SHA-256 before it runs.
Sharing
Share links are switched off in this release, so nothing you enter is uploaded. If they are switched on, this section will describe how they work before that release.
Statistics and remote runs
This release sends no usage statistics and runs nothing remotely; if either is added, it will need its own explicit action and will be described here first.
Hosting
The site is served through Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes the technical data of each request (such as IP address and requested URL) to deliver pages and protect the service. The application adds no logs of its own.
The privacy panel at the bottom of every page shows these settings and clears what this site stored on your device.
